In the fall of 2003, Johnny Sertin, Mike Morris, and Ken Janke met while serving on a global think tank designed to create new tools for emerging Christian leaders in the 21st Century.
While serving together, they came to realize that they shared similar values, and a common passion, to create a viable “open operating system” that would launch numerous kingdom initiatives.
Groundworks became the God-given idea that would steward big dreams and transform society in a way that better reflected the heart of Christ and His kingdom. To this end, we aim to transform society by contemplating Christ and stewarding dreams.
Our missional aim is to encourage, mobilize and resource Christians who are aiming at excellent in their life’s mission. The outworking of this is realized through our four kingdom initiatives: Training, Networking, Mentoring, and Growing.
